The Bauer Capitano is the portable breathing air compressor system of choice if it comes to performance, application in different environment and endurance. While it has a filling capacity similar to the Bauer Oceanus operating at 140 L/min (4.9 cfm), the Bauer Capitano Compressor Manual has a big advantage since it is designed for continuous operation.

The enduring performance of the Bauer Capitano Compressor Manual is brought to you by its 1K 100 series compressor block that has an outstanding surface hardness, plasma-nitrate coating, plateau-shaped cylinder head, low energy consumption and a reliable oil lubrication system that is projected to efficiently run for 30,000 hours.
One notable feature for the the Bauer Capitano Compressor Manual has something to do with its final stage. The piston rings at the final stage are wear-resistant while the cooling ribs are made of stainless steel which generally provides efficient cooling mechanism giving a longer service life for the compressor.

The Bauer PROFI-LINE Compressor Control is one the accessories that you may consider for Bauer Capitano that shuts off the compressor automatically when the final pressure is reached. This electronic control also monitors operating hours, oil pressure and status of current operation. If you opt for this accessory, you might as well consider having an Automatic Condensate Drain which collects the produced condensate and store it in a condensate tank for proper disposal.
But you have to take note that the Bauer PROFI-LINE Compressor Control and the Automatic Condensate Drain can only be configured in Bauer Capitano that is powered by an electric motor. Thus, gasoline powered Bauer Capitano cannot have this features.

If you are operating in an area with high humidity like the tropics, having an Additional Intermediate Separator (after the First Stage) would extend the life of your Bauer Capitano Compressor Manual and will significantly reduce maintenance costs. Same with the Bauer Oceanus, you can configure an Additional Filling Hose where you can fill 2 tanks simultaneously. Further, having a Bauer B-Timer installed in the compressor unit would come in handy as it monitors the current level of filter cartridge saturation, total number of operating hours and gives you an indication when the filter cartridge needs to be replaced.
And finally, having your Bauer Capitano Compressor Manual configured with a Crash Frame with Handles and a Trolley with Pneumatic Tires would significantly increase the life of the compressor unit as it gives additional protection and mobility.
